Amazing place with great amenities like a jacuzzi, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me with a late check-out. I highly recommend trying the steam room for a relaxing experience. I'm coming back for a new year!

I absolutely loved the large and varied spa area, which was the highlight of our stay! The outdoor pool feature was a refreshing addition, allowing for leisurely dips even in cooler weather. Plus, the breakfast served until 11 AM was a game changer, giving us extra time to enjoy our mornings.

The family room we stayed in was spacious and included two sofas and a separate area with a double bed, making it comfortable for all of us. We particularly loved that the spa area was not crowded, allowing us to enjoy the two larger pools, jacuzzis, and multiple sauna rooms at our leisure. Dining at the hotel restaurant Nero was a treat, with delicious food that everyone enjoyed. It's also conveniently located for exploring attractions like the Tallinn Old Town and nearby markets.

Diverse sauna options, good location, modern decor
Room cleanliness left much to be desired with hair and dirt visible!!! Cold temperatures in spa facilities took away from the relaxation experience!!! Clunky room layout made for a cramped stay!!!

The Standard Twin Room was decent. Beds were super comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for my sister and me. Loved that the breakfast was served till 11 AM—it made our mornings less rushed. The bathroom was fine, but nothing amazing. Wish the hotel provided some complimentary water, though. Overall, a solid stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected upgrade to a Deluxe room, which made my stay extra special. The breakfast had a broad selection, and I absolutely loved the unlimited access to pools and saunas, especially enjoying the outdoor pool in Estonian weather.
Some staff could be unhelpful.

A Relaxing Getaway with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed the spa area, though the pool could use warmer water. The reception staff were friendly, yet slightly unhelpful. The attached restaurant had decent food options, but I recommend reserving ahead to avoid disappointment. Bring a wellness kit if you like extra amenities in your room!
